Plain-language privacy basics for how we work with client information.
We minimize data by default. The goal is to improve a workflow with the least sensitive inputs possible, and to document what is used, where it flows, and why.
Client data use
- • Client data is used only to deliver the agreed engagement and outputs.
- • We do not train custom foundation models on your proprietary data.
- • We prefer sanitized samples when full-fidelity data is not required.
Retention
- • Retention and deletion expectations are agreed during intake and documented in the engagement artifacts.
- • For pilots, we provide a rollback/decommission plan that includes data handling steps.
